During the second week of Lent our parishioners volunteered to perform certain renovations inside the church building. Our sacristian and altar server Andrew Malyshew and his father Vitaly painted the walls and the ceiling of the temple. They were helped by Andrew’s son Anton. Our ladies, Olga Roussanow, Natalia Soho and Olga Vnukova also participated in the project by preparing the building for painting and by cleaning the church and hanging back the icons after renovations.

We are very glad that such a nice initiative had been undertaken by our parishioners. The Rector and Parish leadership expresses a heartfelt gratitude to those who participated in that good work for the benefit of St. George’s Parish!
