Наша традиционная уборка территории Церкви. Было проделано много работы: продолжили ремонт колокольни, много работы с бревнами и листвой, и, приятное открытие: мы нашли помидоры!
Our traditional cleaning of the Church territory. Lots of work got done – continued repairing the bell tower, lots of woodwork, and a fun discover – we found tomatoes!

In continuation of our 100th anniversary celebration, our church we would like to share with you our plans for the development of our parish. We offer you a project for a parish house in which on the 1st floor there will be a large dining room, toilets and a kitchen. On the 2nd floor there will be a priest’s apartment.
В продолжение празднования 100-летнего юбилея нашей церкви мы хотели бы поделиться с вами планами развития нашего прихода. Мы предлагаем вам проект приходского дома, в котором на первом этаже разместятся большая столовая, туалеты и кухня. На втором этаже – квартира священника.

LITURGY. Sunday, the 7th after Pentecost. Tone 6. Commemoration of the Holy Fathers of the first six Ecumenical Councils.
We also celebrated an important anniversary for our church — the 100th anniversary of the founding of our parish. On July 24, 1925, our church was officially registered in the state of New York as a corporation under the name “Russian Orthodox Church of St. George”.
Last week, our parishioners Vera, Christina, and Lydia celebrated their birthdays. Lydia celebrated her 88th birthday. Parishioner Olga (Alena) celebrated her name day. July 24 was the day of remembrance of the Equal-to-the-Apostles Princess Olga. Father Anthony congratulated the birthday celebrants. After the service, there was a festive tea party.

Также мы отметили важную годовщину для нашей церкви — 100-летие основания нашего прихода. 24 июля 1925 года наша церковь была официально зарегистрирована в штате Нью-Йорк как корпорация под названием «Русская Православная Церковь Святого Георгия».
На прошедшей неделе свои дни рождения отпраздновали наши прихожанки Вера, Кристина и Лидия. Лидия отметила свое 88-летие. Прихожанка Ольга (Алена) отметила день ангела. 24 июля праздновался день памяти равноапостольной княгини Ольги. Батюшка Антоний поздравил именинников. После службы состоялось праздничное чаепитие.

Our traditional cleaning of the temple and the territory. Kristina and the children cleaned and washed the carpets, Inna washed the floors, Deacon Andrey cleaned the altar, Maria continued cleaning the territory.
Наша традиционная уборка храма и территории. Кристина с детьми почистили и помыли ковры, Инна помыла полы, дьякон Андрей убирал алтарь, Мария продолжила уборку территории.
